In central Illinois, Christian, Logan, Macon, Mason, Menard, Sangamon, and Shelby.
In east-central Illinois, Clark, Coles, Cumberland, and Moultrie.
In southeast Illinois, Clay, Crawford, Effingham, Jasper, Lawrence, and Richland.
In west-central Illinois, Cass, Fulton, Morgan, Schuyler, and Scott.

Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded.

Rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are likely across the watch area, with higher totals in areas from Jacksonville southeast to near Terre Haute. You should monitor later forecasts and prepare to take action in the event of additional Flash Flood Warnings.
