DECATUR -- There will not be a late February primary for the Decatur City Council in 2021. Twelve candidates made candidate filings to City Clerk Kim Althoff for the past week. CHAMPAIGN -- The University of Illinois Fighting Illini, ranked eighth in the AP Top 25, is hosting a multi-team event to kick off their 2020-21 season.
