Majority of Americans don’t enough fruit and vegetables
The CDC recommends that adults should consume at least 1.5 cups of fruit and 2 to 3 cups of vegetables a day. However, their data shows that only 12.2% of people are actually meeting the guidelines for fruit and 9.3% for vegetables.
