Since I started being a baby-sitting grandparent, I seem to be getting more colds. I must be catching germs from the kids, right? Walmart drops in-house punishment for shoplifters

BENTONVILLE, Ark. (UPI) -- Retailer Walmart is ending an alternative to prosecution for shoplifting, the company said, that could put a larger burden on local police forces. The company is suspending its relationship with two companies offering anti-shoplifting educational programs. North Korea’s only 3G network provider withdraws services

SEOUL, South Korea (UPI) -- North Korea's only 3G network provider will pull out of the hermit kingdom, cutting off some 3.5 million citizens subscribed to its local Koryolink services.
