HANNIBAL, Mo. — A Palmyra man is facing second-degree murder charges after allegedly running over a Hannibal man with an SUV on Wednesday night and killing him. PANA — A 62-year-old Pana man was killed as a result of an accident on Wednesday evening, Nov. 8 at Pine St. and E. Jackson.
