NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. — Calvin Tankman will be making his Major League Wrestling (MLW) debut during this week’s broadcast of MLW FUSION. This is according to a press release Monday.

Tankman, a 6’2″, 355-pound super-heavyweight out of Indianapolis, is seeking to make a scene in professional wrestling.

Tankman was signed to MLW in April, COVID-19 causes delays

“The world has been waiting for Calvin to storm into MLW, and it finally happens this Wednesday night,” states MLW CEO Court Bauer. “It’s been a long road to this moment.”

Despite signing with the promotion in April, there have been several delays in making the announcement.

“Now, finally all these months later, fans are about to witness a truly spectacular athlete,” adds Bauer.

Tankman wants it all in MLW

Tankman wants the money, the titles, and the respect, and he will get it by any means necessary.

A hybrid wrestler, Tankman combines power wrestling with brawling and high-flying action into a super-size package.

Tankman is known to steamroll over his competition with brute force, spectacular versatility, and explosiveness in dominating his victims.

Tankman, who was previously a Division 1 college football player, is a dangerous fighter. Being an MMA practicioner, he can press the action to his strength. This includes unexpected aerial attacks, rapid strikes, and submissions.

Tankman vows to usher in a new chapter of big men in the sport, crushing the competition all the way to the championship.

MLW FUSION airs every Wednesday night at 7 p.m. Eastern on YouTube, Fubo Sports, and Pluto TV. Cable and DISH subscribers can watch FUSION every Saturday night at 10 p.m. Eastern on beIN SPORTS. All episodes are also available on-demand on DAZN. Check your TV provider for local listings.
