Kruse tapped as LLCC CCO
SPRINGFIELD – Lincoln Land Community College has named Kyla Kruse of Springfield as chief communications officer effective Nov. 1, 2023.
“I am very pleased to announce that Kyla Kruse is the college’s new chief communications officer,” said Charlotte Warren, Ph.D., president of LLCC. “The experience, skills, and leadership she brings to this role will undoubtedly serve our students and the college well.”
Kruse has been at the college since 2017, most recently serving as director of communications. Prior to LLCC, she was the communications director for the Energy Education Council and a University of Illinois Extension educator, working in communications and marketing. Kruse earned a Master’s degree in communication from the University of Illinois Springfield and a bachelor’s degree in communication from Millikin University.
