PANA — The 76th running of the Tri-County fair kicks off Wednesday with a schedule of events for all to enjoy.
The opening festivities start with the annual pageant to select the new Tri-County Fair royalty, which will kick off at 6 p.m.
Thursday’s festivities start with activities in the Ag Building with judging starting at 1 p.m.
Fan favorites such as the tractor pulls, truck pulls, and harness races are also lined up for the 2025 edition of the fair.
A fan favorite with the carnival will be available throughout the fair. The carnival will be open from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, and 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday, Labor Day. Armbands are available for unlimited rides for $30.
Pro wrestling makes its way to the Tri-County Fair as Pro Wrestling Epic holds an event at the Grandstand at 7 p.m.
Slated on the card, according to the promotion’s Facebook event page, include Leela Hall facing off against Rory Shield, Camaro Jackson defending his Interstate Championship against Gringo Loco, and a micro main event as TNA star Swoggle faces off against AAA star Micro Man. Tickets start at $10.
A bean bag tournament is set to kick off at the same time at the beer tent.
Also expected during the fair are the tractor pull, all-speed horse show, harness racing, truck pulls, UTV racing, and the demolition derby.
Outside of the bean bag tournament, the beer tent will host musical entertainment via F15 on Friday, Blondarose on Saturday, and South of 16 on Sunday.
The event’s closing is kicked off with the annual Labor Day Parade in downtown Pana. Start time is currently set for 10 a.m.
