LLCU promotes Gilpin to Springfield branch manager

DECATUR — Land of Lincoln Credit Union (LLCU) recently announced the promotion of Laura Gilpin to Branch Manager of its Springfield location, located at 300 S. Grand Ave.

Gilpin has been with LLCU for 2 1/2 years, starting as a teller at the Pana branch before recently serving in a Universal Banker role.

“I’m happy to have Laura step into this position at the Springfield branch,” said Tim French, LLCU assistant vice president of regional operations for the northern region. “She has learned a lot in her years with our Pana branch, and I know she’ll put that knowledge to great use as Branch Manager.”

Gilpin has already begun with her new duties as branch manager, and she has been very appreciative of her co-workers who have assisted in her settling in.
