Greene County police blotter: November 10-16

CARROLLTON — The following police reports by the Greene County Sheriff’s Department were filed between November 10 and November 16. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

The following individuals were charged with a felony:

Jermaine M. Moffitt, dob 1-11-1977, possession of stolen firearm, felony possession/use weapon/firearm, aggravated fleeing police/21 mph over limit, driving under the influence of alcohol.

David A. Clark, dob 11-03-1971, failure to report crash/death, failure to report crash/injury, driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS 3rd, failure to reduce speed.

The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:

Steven L. Castleberry, dob 9-09-1962, obstructing a peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee, resisting a peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee.

Ricky L. Neff, dob 8-13-1961, violate order of protection.

Jennifer R. Hall, dob 1-09-1973, battery/cause bodily harm, resisting a peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee, possession of hypodermic/syringes/needles/1st.

The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:

David W. Miller, dob 8-28-1969, driving on a suspended license, improper turn signal.

Tronae L. Leonard, dob 7-11-1991, driving on suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.

The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:

Mark K. Smith, dob 1-06-1972, driving on left/prohibited.

Joseph B. Copley, dob 1-11-2000, driving 15-20 mph above limit.

Zachary S. Semar, dob 7-10-1990, operate uninsured motor vehicle.

Kristy R. Cole, dob 6-19-1991, operate uninsured motor vehicle.

Jacob S. Dunaway, dob 9-28-2006, squealing/screeching tires.
