Heartland Newsfeed office closed for Thanksgiving weekend
NOKOMIS — The home office for Heartland Newsfeed, located at 800 Capps Ave. in Nokomis will be closed Thursday in observance of Thanksgiving, Thursday, Nov. 23.
It will remain closed on Black Friday, Nov. 24 and will reopen at 4 p.m. on Small Business Saturday, Nov. 25. Remote newsroom operations will resume as needed, including late-breaking news.
The deadline for all news content and advertising was 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 21. All news content will be published in staggered stages between Thursday and Saturday.
Community calendar items
Those wishing to have their event information published in our Community Calendar should notify us as soon as possible. We will be pushing out that calendar on Friday, Dec. 1 at our usual publication time of 11 p.m. Central.
