GREENVILLE — Last month, Boundless Enterprises, doing business as Scooter’s Coffee, purchased property in the city of Greenville.
Boundless has been approved for a building permit for a Scooter’s Coffee location. It will be built on the northeast corner of Illinois Route 127 and U.S. Route 40.
Interim city manager Sue Ann Nelson reports that site work will begin in the very near future.
Scooter’s Coffee was created in 1998 as a drive-through business, selling a variety of foods and drinks.
Scooter’s has over 400 locations throughout the United States. Three stores are in Highland, Glen Carbon, and Taylorville.
