Chicago’s Best BBQ refutes false media reports about their business

CHICAGO (Heartland Newsfeed) — A restaurant which has been active in Chicago’s 34th Ward for the past three decades is fighting back against false media reports and “fake news” which has recently been levied against the business.

In a press release made available Thursday, Best BBQ has proudly provided quality products and service to their customers since the late 1980s and expect to be around for the next three decades with continued support from the community.

The release refutes the news reports by stating that they have never been shut down in their three-decade history. The release continues to explain that their closure was voluntary and is a temporary closure in order to improve quality and cleanliness and looks forward to reopening again to provide more quality food, more jobs, more community support, and great customer service.

According to the reports from the Cook County Department of Health, the business has been cleared and currently has no violations on file.
