Nokomis Police Department citations and arrests from October 2 to October 15, 2017

NOKOMIS (Heartland Newsfeed) — The following citations and warrants were completed between October 2 and October 15, 2017 by the Nokomis Police Department:

• David L. Hicks, 44, of Nokomis was cited for breach of peace/disorderly conduct at his residence at 219 Frederick St. on October 2. Hicks would also be written a second citation of breach of peace/disorderly conduct at Just One More, 124 W. Front St. on October 3.
• Foy J. Crutchfield, 40, of Decatur was cited for possession of a controlled substance at the intersection of State and Spruce streets on October 6. Crutchfield was also cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
