CHATHAM/KINCAID — United Community Bancorp, Inc. (UCB), has announced it has agreed to acquire Midland Community Bank based in Kincaid. BENLD -- The city of Benld will soon be without a banking institution to do business with. Associated Bank, which has done business at 218 E.
