WASHINGTON (UPI) -- The Department of Defense on Wednesday identified three U.S. service members killed when an improvised explosive device blew up in Afghanistan. China overtakes Japan as largest U.S. creditor with $1.1 trillion owed

BEIJING/WASHINGTON (UPI) -- China has once again become the United States' largest creditor, Treasury Department figures released Wednesday indicate.
