White House, FEMA statements: we have no involvement in restoring electricity to Puerto Rico
WASHINGTON/SAN JUAN, P.R. (UPI) -- The White House and the Federal Emergency Management Agency each said Friday they had nothing to do with the hiring of a small Montana company to restore electricity in Puerto Rico.
