Garret Austin trial delayed again, reset for August 31
HILLSBORO/ST. CHARLES, Mo. (Heartland Newsfeed) -- Technicalities in procedure has once again put a delay in the trial of Garret Austin, who was arrested in the murder of Dallas Green in October 2016. The St. Charles Sheriff's Department in Missouri has declined to release any information regarding the Life Flight helicopter which transportated Green from Pana Community Hospital to a Springfield-area hospital, which had to make an unexpected stop at Taylorville Memorial Hospital due to the deterioration of Green's condition.
