SHELBYVILLE -- A Shelbyville man is facing elderly sexual abuse and aggravated battery charges. This comes via a news release Friday from the office of Shelby County State's Attorney Nichole Kroncke. Elijah Keppler, 29, of Tower Hill, is accused of entering a building and stealing a Yamaha motorcycle. SHELBYVILLE — A Pana man is facing charges after reportedly making fake terrorist threats. 40-year-old William H. Carnahan of Pana is facing two counts of falsely making terrorist threats, which is a Class 1 felony for both offenses.
