The Bloomington Bison have announced their Protected List for the 2025-26 season, which includes 27 players who will continue to have rights to play for the team.

BLOOMINGTON -- Blake McLaughlin has only been wearing a Bison jersey for just over two weeks, but his tenure in Bloomington is done, for now. NASHVILLE (UPI) -- The Nashville Predators acquired veteran forwards Brian Boyle and Cody McLeod on Wednesday, the team announced. The Predators sent a second-round pick in the 2019 NHL Draft to the New Jersey Devils in exchange for Boyle. ANAHEIM, Calif. (UPI) -- The Anaheim Ducks acquired defenseman Michael Del Zotto in a trade with the Vancouver Canucks late Wednesday night, the teams announced. The Canucks received defenseman Luke Schenn and a 2020 seventh-round pick in the deal. The 28-year-old Del Zotto has 215 points (54 goals, 161 assists) in his career.
