EVANSVILLE, Ind. (UPI) -- Midwestern farmers, who endured record-breaking floods in 2019 that hindered planting and harvesting, now face the strong possibility that widespread flooding will return for the 2020 planting season. New wind chill advisory issued for East Central Illinois

LINCOLN (Heartland Newsfeed) -- The National Weather Service in Lincoln has issued a new wind chill advisory for all of East Central Illinois except Ford and Iroquois counties. It starts at 8 p.m. Wednesday and goes until 12 p.m. Thursday. Wind chill readings could reach -25, leading to an increased risk for frostbite and hypothermia.
