Nokomis council address brown water complaints

NOKOMIS -- The Nokomis City Council met in its regular session on Monday, July 11. Among the issues on deck are ongoing complaints relating to the declining quality of its water. Bryon McLean, a current water customer and Coalton village trustee, made a formal complaint. The complaint pertains to the brown water he's been experiencing.
