Development comes as sale closing comes this week
NOKOMIS -- The closing on the former Nokomis Kroger store will occur sometime this week. Standard Holdings, LLC will close on the former Kroger store, owned by Kroger Limited Partnership. Standard Holdings, LLC is an investment company that purchases various commercial properties and remodels them to meet the tenant's needs as they have dealings with various types of businesses.
