Rep. Chad Hays accused of violating economic interest filing rules
CATLIN (Heartland Newsfeed) -- Rep. Chad Hays (R-Catlin) should be prosecuted for filing falsified or incomplete information on his statement of economic interest form, according to the Edgar County Watchdogs (ECW).
