Despite COVID-19, Halloween trick-or-treating to go as planned
NOKOMIS -- Despite current COVID-19 restrictions that are ongoing, many area towns across south-central Illinois are still setting trick-or-treating times for Halloween. Residents choosing to participate are asked to turn their porch lights on. Trick-or-treaters should only go to those homes with their porch lights on.
