(Heartland Newsfeed) -- Nearly a week ago, the national Libertarian Party issued a press release regarding Nexstar Media Group's exclusion of Libertarian gubernatorial candidate Mark Tippetts from the first gubernatorial debate slated for September 28 in Austin.
