Governor Rauner replaces chief aide with libertarian group Illinois Policy Institute’s CEO

SPRINGFIELD (Heartland Newsfeed) – Gov. Bruce Rauner is replacing his chief of staff with the head of the libertarian-leaning Illinois Policy Institute. Rauner announced Richard Goldberg is stepping down effective Monday.
