Former YAL leader Maloney arrested on rape charges
EBENSBURG, Pa. -- Statements from police are stating that a Florida man drugged and raped a woman at the University of Pittsburgh (UP) campus in Johnstown in 2013. According to UP Police Department, 30-year-old Cliff Maloney Jr. is facing charges relating to the incident.
