Johnson & Johnson loses $417 million verdict in talc powder suit
LOS ANGELES (UPI) -- A Los Angeles jury on Monday awarded $417 million to a 62-year-old women who blames Johnson & Johnson's talc powder on her ovarian cancer. Johnson & Johnson has lost four smaller jury verdicts in St. Louis for a total of $300 million, including $110 million to a 62-year-old Virginian woman in May.
