This role plays an integral part in how we communicate our products at the point of purchase for consumers, foodservice operators, distributors, and retailers. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication and project management skills and be able to complete multiple projects with varying deadlines. You will be responsible for driving growth for the Amylu Foods portfolio – building and executing plans to meet sales growth objectives. This is a great position for someone to join a growing CPG company.nn nn n nn nn Essential Duties and Responsibilities: nn nChampion our retailer in-store and digital brand building strategyn nDemonstrate a deep understanding of performance driversn nLead business analysis, monitoring and reporting on tacticsn nIdentify opportunities to drive brand growth and profitability at key accountsn nAnalyze market trends to suggest account-based marketing strategiesn nManage, maintain, and execute against promotional calendars for key accountsn nBuild and execute shopper marketing plan at key retailersn nTrack promotion performance and make strategic recommendations for accountsn nParticipate in the product development process by identifying trends, analyzing opportunities, and accessing the market needsn nCoordinate digital shopper marketing initiativesn nAnalyze sales data to determine the outcome of campaignsn nWork collaboratively across multiple areas of the business including but not limited to marketing, sales, operations, research, and development.n nAssist Marketing Director with daily objectives to meet key metrics n nProactively assist team members on other areas of needn nn Qualifications: nn nBachelor’s degree required, business or marketing focus preferredn nMinimum 3-5 years marketing with a consumer-packaged goods companyn nExperience managing shopper marketing tacticsn nProven track record in managing several projects/tasks while maintaining exceptional attention to detailn nEntrepreneurial mind-set: adaptable, resourcefuln nStrong analytical skills, syndicated data including SPINS and Nielsenn nA self-starter, who can drive projects with limited supervisionn nStrong organizational skills n nAn exceptional listener also skilled in professional communicationn nAbility to effectively communicate across both internal cross-functional partners, directly to customers, and through external vendor partnersn nUnderstanding of Excel, Word, and PowerPointn nComfort working in an entrepreneurial culture n nThis position is located at our Chicago office n nn n nn nnPlease contact Ashlee Leo if you are interested.nn
