This position is vitally important to our business, leading the coordination and management of our weddings and event business.n nThis position is only for experienced Floral Designers. Qualifications to Include:n n-Minimum 2 years floral design experiencen n-Experience with weddings & events including arches, installations, and calculating recipes for such event work.n n-Knowledgeable in recipe creation, understanding of mechanics needed for large and small scale installation work, and understanding of floral pricing guidelines.n n-Ability to lead our wedding clients through a knowledgeable consultation and sales process to execute their vision.n n-Ideally, experience in wholesale ordering, tracking COGS, and increasing profitability while creating beautiful workn n-Wide range of artistic design experience including both traditional and modern styles in daily arrangements, weddings, corporate decor, and installations.n nJob Description:n n-Lead Coordinator for Weddings and Events: Be the main point of contact for Bridal inquiries, consultations, recipe creation, and communication management throughout the Bridal and event processn n-Learn and execute our CRM & Software systems to manage the Bridal & Event processesn n-Execute weekly team task list on large wedding/event weeks to keep the design and shop staff efficientn n-Designing wedding arrangements, bridal bouquets, arches, installations, bouts and corsages, and other event work.n n-Assisting in the set up and break down of weddings and events.n nOur Ideal Candidate:n n-Exceptionally friendly to coworkers and customersn n-Embodies our core values of Joy, Excellence, Empowerment, Fulfillment, Beauty, and Appreciation.n n-Has a creative eye and can think outside of the traditional box.
