Job SummaryAs a Front End Engineer, you will be responsible for creating dynamic front-end applications with a focus on user dashboard and data visualization. You will be responsible for creating cutting edge interactive user interfaces and scripting on the client side and working with backend developers on data integration. You will work on wire framing, prototyping and you will support the Testing and Quality Assurance phases of the software development lifecycle. You will work with the enterprise API backend and consume rest API’s. Job Description Major Duties Design and develop scalable customer facing web applications. Create pixel-perfect, world-class user interfaces and original, eye-catching visual design. Produce interactive prototypes for internal experimentation and usability testing, and test UI in a rigorous, data-driven way. Designs and develops web components and applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, modern web frameworks and component libraries. Collaborate with team members to determine integration needs, identify creative ways to help build the applications. Implement test automation scripts. Writes and edits documentation and technical requirements, including expected validation results. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.  Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.  Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.  Minimum Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in UI development using JavaScript, AJAX, HTML5, CSS and other user interface development skills. Experience with Vue.JS or React JS or AngularJS a must. Working experience with UI components and visualization frameworks. Experience working with JSON, Restful API and data transformation. Experience developing and testing UI and API interface components. Experience with UI and performance testing automation frameworks a must. Experience with debugging complex client-side applications across different devices. Working experience with both server side and frontend caching technologies. Experience working with Visual Studio Code and GIT in Linux environment. Familiarity with both commercial off-the-shelf and open-source technologies. Experience with SSO/MFA and role-based access control a plus. Experience working in cloud-based environment a plus. Exposure to Agile (TDD) methodology; Jira and Confluence a plus Experience with GraphAPI and MAP API a plus. Experience with .Net core, Python a plus. Experience with Containers and Kubernetes a plus. Experience with Java and Spring-Boot a significant plus. Experience in designing websites in compliance with accessibility standards. Prototyping tools experience preferred. Relevant Work Experience 5-7 Years Salary: National Pay Range: $78,789.65 USD-$184,663.24 USD Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
