nn Job Posting: Campus Recruiter nn nn n nn nnAs the Campus Recruiter for PLS, you will be responsible for finding entry-level sales talent on college campuses within your assigned geographic territory. You will maintain an active presence as the go-to person between prospective candidates and a fulfilling PLS career.nn nn nn nnThis is an exciting opportunity to join a growing department while building relationships with stakeholders at the university level, including professors, athletic coaches, student leadership, career services, and many others. nn nn n nn nn This is an in-office role, with 50-75% local travel depending on the season. nn nn n nn nn More on what you will do: nn nAct as point person for all PLS-related matters on campus. n nDevelop and maintain relationships with key decision makers at top schools. n nPlan, attend, and execute all levels of events, from career fairs and networking sessions to off-site gatherings at PLS branches. n nSource candidates through campus platforms, social media, and job boards. n nBuild a pipeline of candidates to start their sales career at PLS. n nArticulate the PLS value proposition and career path to applicants. n nRepresent PLS at 10-15 local colleges and universities near your office. n nLiaise with branch management and personnel on maintaining an active campus presence. n nDocument your progress, metrics, and relationships using PLS software. n nIdentify, recruit, and select interns for all PLS departments. n nn n nn nn As a Campus Recruiter, you will be expected to have prior experience with: nn nLeadership – in the classroom, on the playing field, socially, or anywhere else! n nOn-campus involvement (ex.
