LANSING, Mich. -- Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer has issued an executive order which will allow the high school football to begin in two weeks' time. PORTLAND, Ore. (UPI) -- NBA All-Star Cliff Robinson is dead, the Portland Trail Blazers and the University of Connecticut announced Saturday. He was 53.
