Golfers get ready to scramble again in Mount Vernon

Sign-ups are now open for the 10th annual "Hall of Fame Golf Scramble" presented by Mount Vernon Township High School. The Southern Illinois University (SIU) Foundation is almost halfway to collecting its fundraising goal of $ 75 million to help provide scholarships and other benefits to its Carbondale students, SIU announced recently.
