SHELBYVILLE -- Shelby County's recently re-elected coroner was found deceased earlier this week from an apparent hunting accident in Coles County. Shelby County Coroner Brad Phegley, 67, was found deceased in Lake Mattoon on Wednesday afternoon, December 6.
