Remnants of Tropical Storm Calvin cause flooding in Mexico

Pestano United Press International SALINA CRUZ, Oaxaxa, Mexico (UPI) -- The U.S. National Hurricane Center said the remnants of Tropical Storm Calvin could drop up to 20 inches of rain in some parts of southeastern Mexico.
