SAN FRANCISCO (UPI) -- Twitter announced Tuesday it is doubling the character limit for most users' tweets after two months of testing shows the possibility of expanded content shouldn't "substantially change" the timeline reading experience. LOS ANGELES (UPI) -- Ozzy Osbourne has announced a farewell world tour for 2018 that will run through 2020. The rock star will begin touring on May 5 in Mexico at a venue that has yet to be announced. LOS ANGELES (UPI) -- ABC's upcoming revival of American Idol featuring new judge Katy Perry and returning host Ryan Seacrest will premiere on March 11. Perry made the announcement on Twitter Monday alongside a promotional image for the singing competition featuring herself, Seacrest and new judges Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan.
