ATLANTA (UPI) -- Veteran point guard Jeremy Lin is finalizing a buyout with the Atlanta Hawks and will sign with the Toronto Raptors. SAN DIEGO (UPI) -- Women's clothing store Charlotte Russe announced Monday that it filed for bankruptcy and plans to close nearly 100 stores.
