Study: Statins cut heart attack, stroke risk even in older adults

CHICAGO (UPI) -- Older adults can reduce risk for a fatal heart attack or stroke by 20 percent by taking a prescription statin drug, according to a study published Tuesday by JAMA. Bus in China carrying students to annual exam crashes, killing 21

GUIZHOU, China (UPI) -- A bus that included high school students en route to taking China's college entrance exam crashed into a lake in the southwestern province of Guizhou, killing 21 people, according to state media on Tuesday.
