Why Nobody Trusts the News: Isaac Saul Andrew Heaton, Isaac Saul
ST. LOUIS — Cardinals Care has launched its Caring for Kids campaign. It is a weeklong fundraising effort designed to support children across the St. Louis region.
The Cardinals’ charitable foundation says proceeds will help fund youth baseball and softball programming, ballfield development and grants for nonprofit organizations serving children and families. Fans can support the campaign through online auctions, a sweepstakes, a 50/50 raffle during the club’s July 24-30 homestand and direct donations.
Auction items include experiences such as meeting manager Oli Marmol, visiting the broadcast booth, serving as an honorary member of Team Fredbird and attending the 2026 Hall of Fame Weekend. The campaign also includes a sweepstakes for tickets to the Savannah Bananas game at Busch Stadium.
Michael Hall, Cardinals Care’s vice president of community relations and executive director, said support from fans helps the foundation continue investing in opportunities for local children.
“For nearly 30 years, fans have been incredible partners in helping Cardinals Care create opportunities for children throughout our community,” said Hall. “Support through the Caring for Kids campaign helps us continue investing in programs that give kids the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.”
Since its founding in 1997, Cardinals Care says it has invested more than $36 million in youth programs, including more than $20 million in grants, and has built or refurbished 25 youth ballfields.
