NOKOMIS — For the first time in our existence, we will be doing live election night coverage of tomorrow’s general election. However, coverage, as it relates to our website, may be somewhat delayed.

The live coverage will actually be on Heartland Newsfeed Radio Network. The live election night coverage will be courtesy of the syndicated radio program Democracy Now!

The election night special will kick off at 8 p.m. Central time, preempting the final hour of Free Talk Live. It will also pre-empt the first and second hours of Sports Byline USA.

Fortunately, those wishing to catch the third and final hour of Free Talk Live will be able to listen at 2 a.m.

The national broadcast will cover returns from across the nation.

Meanwhile, we will be in Hillsboro to follow local results in Montgomery County and following other races across Illinois and Missouri. That coverage will be published intermittently on our website.
