A look at the golf career of Feherty
Feherty, a Northern Ireland native, joined the ranks of professional golf in 1976. Throughout his career, he won ten worldwide events. Some highlights include appearances in the 1991 Ryder Cup and a top-ten finish in the 1994 Open Championship. After 15 years, Feherty swapped his golf clubs for a broadcaster headset in 1997. He first started as an analyst and on-course reporter. A New York Times best-selling author, Feherty has held high-profile roles covering hundreds of marquee events. Some of these events include major championships and international competitions. Feherty premiered his namesake talk program Feherty in 2011. In the ten-year run of the program, he hosted and interviewed nearly 150 different guests. Some of the world’s biggest names on the show include four U.S. Presidents, Hollywood celebrities, and global sports legends.
Feherty looking to write a new chapter in golf with LIV Golf
