Cinda S. Patrick, 70, of Assumption, died January 13, 2022 in Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Cinda was born on June 5, 1951 in Pana, the daughter of Henry A. and Thelma (Sain) Ruff.
She was a member of First Christian Church of Assumption, Assumption VFW Auxiliary Post #6577, and retired from the United States Postal Service.
Surviving is her son Josh (Holly) Patrick of Athens, step-granddaughter Sydney Rees, very close friend Bill Wickline of Assumption, “special” children Cody (Caitlin) Wickline and Jaime (Keith) Atkinson, “special” grandchildren Ryan Atkinson, Teagan Wickline, and Tenley Wickline, brother, Mick (Linda) Ruff of Zephyr Hills, FL, sister-in-law Cindi Ruff of Greensburg, PA, niece Missy Ruff of Taylorville, nephews Rick (Toby) Ruff of Katy, TX and Matt Ruff of Taylorville, great-nieces and nephews Alex, Sydney, Jacob, and Isaac, special friends Holli Churchill, Trey Churchill, and Maycee Churchill, her beloved cats Poncho and Lefty, and many more special friends.
Preceding her in death are her parents, brother Richard Ruff, and faithful canine companions Max and Bo.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 in Seitz Funeral Home, Assumption. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time.
Burial, with VFW Auxiliary service, will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Assumption.
Memorials may be made to Tacusah Food Pantry.
Seitz Funeral Home, Assumption has been entrusted with the care and service arrangements.
