CHICAGO (Heartland Newsfeed) — The Central A&M Raiders are playoff bound in Class 1A, according to a report from the Illinois High School Association and NBC Sports Chicago, which broadcast the playoff pairings Saturday night, October 21.
The Raiders, who are ranked #14 in the playoff bracket will face off against the #3 ranked Bombers of Argenta-Oreana in the first round of the 1A playoffs.
Meanwhile, the Pana Panthers are also blazing their way into a playoff berth. The Class 2A school was bumped up to the playoffs in Class 3A and will be ranked #6. They are facing off against #11 DuQuoin in the first round.
