Bill filed in Illinois House to allow for cannabis delivery
SPRINGFIELD -- Illinois residents may soon be able to get cannabis and other related products delivered to their doors. The bill, House Bill 2557, introduced by Representative Sonya Harper of Chicago, would amend the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act by requiring the state’s Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to issue delivery licenses to cannabis businesses in the state.
