MLB legend Ken Griffey Jr. joins Seattle Sounders ownership group
SEATTLE (UPI) -- Seattle Mariners legend and Baseball Hall of Famer Ken Griffey Jr. has joined the Seattle Sounders' ownership group, the Major League Soccer club announced Tuesday. Griffey joins an ownership group that has undergone significant changes over the past two years. Among other people who form part of the group are Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, his wife and singer Ciara and rapper Macklemore.
