NOKOMIS -- Following a public meeting on the city's budget for the 2025-26 fiscal year and a brief recess, the Nokomis City Council convened its regular meeting at 7:07 p.m. on Tuesday, May 27. NOKOMIS -- The Nokomis City Council heard the results of its annual fiscal audit during its August 28 regular session. All members were present with the exception of Commissioner Lou Stauder. NOKOMIS -- The Nokomis City Council will soon need to decide on the future of a major water project. The project was a matter of discussion during the August 14 regular meeting of the council.
