Moultrie County Clerk resigns
SULLIVAN -- Moultrie County's county clerk has resigned, according to confirmation from the office Friday. Georgia England's term was set to conclude in November. In addition, the Democratic official was not seeking reelection in the November general election. England submitted her resignation during the county board meeting Thursday, effective immediately.
