Shelbyville man faces charges of meth possession
Perry also facing retail theft charges
SHELBYVILLE -- The office of Shelby County State's Attorney Nichole Kroncke has made an announcement of charges against a Shelbyville man. On Tuesday, 32-year-old Michael Perry is facing one count of unlawful possession of methamphetamine. The charge is a Class 3 felony, with a sentencing range of two to five years in the Illinois Department of Corrections. Perry is also facing one count of theft.
